Q: How may I receive my mail while staying
at the resort?
A: Notify your mail service and provide them with the following

Ask the office staff for a key to your mail-box. Download the Resort Map for the location of the mailbox center. (You may need to download the Adobe Reader to view the Resort Map.)
Tip: The postman places your mail in your personal Orchard Ranch mail-box, not the resort office staff.
Q: Is internet connections available at the
resort?
A: Yes. Wi-Fi and dial-up are available at the resort office. If you
plan on staying at the park for a month or more you may want to
sign-up with CableOne.

Q: Is it easy to get a full hook-up RV
site?
A: Yes. We do recommend reservations in high-use summer months
(June, July & August). We have more pull-thru sites than back-in
sites. All of our sites have 50-amp service.
Q: Do you allow older rigs?
A: Rigs more than 5 years old is at the discretion of the resort
management. Basically rigs, 5th wheels or trailers that are not kept
in great shape may be turned away.
Q: May we bring our pet to the resort?
A: The resort allows two pets per site. All pets must be leashed at
all times. Leash length must be no longer than 6 ft. A fine of
$40.00 will be levied for not picking up after your pet. If you must
be reminded a second time you may be asked to leave the resort. We
request that you not walk your dog on other folks assigned sites.
If your dog bites someone you may be required to remove the dog from the premises. Dogs listed as "possible trouble dogs" such as Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Mastiff, Bullmastiff, German Sheppard or Doberman Pincher must be pre-approved to stay at the resort.

Q: How many cars may we park at one site?
A: You may park your car and notify the office staff if you need to
park another vehicle. You can not park a boat or a toy hauler or tow
car dinghy at your site. We do provide storage (first come basis) at
a fee of $40.00 per month. There are storage facilities nearby.
Q: Do you pick-up trash?
A: No. Dumpsters are placed at various locations through-out the
resort. For dumpster location check the Resort
Map. For aesthetic reasons and the safety and comfort of our
guests we ask that you not leave garbage out side of the dumpster.
No large or heavy objects should be placed by the dumpster.
Q: Do you provide recycling bins?
A: Yes. We ask that you recycle newspapers and aluminum cans. Check
the Resort
Map to locate a recycling bin.
Q: Do you have a beauty salon?
A: Yes. See Salon . . .
Q: How do I report a problem with the
website?
A:Contact the
Webmaster
via e-mail or report to the Orchard
Ranch staff. Please be specific when reporting issues.
Q: How far to downtown Prescott?
A: It is approximately 12 miles to the court house square.
Q: How do I get to Wal-Mart?
A: By traveling west on State RT 69, you will not only find Wal-Mart;
you will locate many of the notable retail stores, e.g., Ace Hardware,
Safeway, Target, Home Depot and many, many others. Remember State RT
69 will take you right into Prescott where you can also shop downtown.

Q: Where is the Resort's sales office?
A: Download the
Resort Map and look for the Sales Center or drop by the office
and view the large resort map on display. During normal hours 9:00AM
- 4:00PM, a member of the Resort sales staff will pick you up at
your site if they are not busy with a potential buyer. Call the
sales office at (928) 772-9942.
